Artist's Comments

I thought of how popular he is after death and thought of this, its kinda like "i listened to "somebandsname" before they were cool" but different.

RIP Michael.

I agree with you. I hate it how he is only popular because he has passed on. I loved him even before that. People just feel guilty for making fun of him and ignoring him. Thanks for submitting this, someone needed to say it :)

So what if I'm obsessed? Does that make me any less human?

R.I.P Michael Jackson...you will live forever in our hearts

Lol its funny cause a LOT of people(including me) listened to him since they were children, and even i didn't know what to think about certain allegations...but now actually bothering to review both cases, it fills me with nothing but shame now.

I listened to him when growing up, but i think it's a personal choice to believe the things the media and people said he did, than him not having done them, personally i don't think he did do half of the stuff which was said he did, i doubt he was as strange as the media portrayed him, but i don't think anyone will ever know the truth lol

though i cant say that i listened to him growing up or anything but i was obsessed with his dancing XD

but i rly hate people who didnt care if he even existed before he died acting as if they cared >_> especially the media just months ago it was all over the news that Michael was a pedophile and messed up stuff like that and they wanted to prove him guilty and what not and when he dies they go around shouting u will be missed king of pop =_= after all what they did. i dont get people these days, bastards >=[

i'm really sorry to read all this...for a big part of my life i consedered michael jackson as a mean person because i trusted what the media said about him.
since he passed i started to inform myself on who he was...what he did...but all of this with GREAT respect for him. i'm 20 years old, so i'm not a stupid teenager fan that runs after every singer...i found someone special in michael. AND I REGRET WITH ALL OF MY STRENGHT NOT TO HAVE PAID RESPECT TO HIM BEFORE HIS PASSING...I AM TRULY SORRY AND I'D JUST LOOK FOR FORGIVENESS...

oh man I grew up watching Moonwalker thanks to my mom. She was a big fan. Thus her kids grew up liking him to. I'm probably the biggest fan out of my brothers and sister.

Normal kids watched cartoons...I watched moonwalker XD.

Man am I going to miss him. I tear up now and then because it's just so hard to come to terms that he's really gone.

His songs were recognizable to me. When someone would refer/say Thriller, immediately I'd think of The Zombies and MJ in Thriller. When AAF released their cover of smooth criminal. I was so-so. It wasn't until the last 2 or 3 years ago that I actually started listening to MJ's music regularly. Although it was only Billie Jean,Beat It,Thriller, and Smooth Criminal. I had the chance to buy The Essential Michael Jackson CD at a latin music store, but it was over 30$ last October of 2008. Bought an iTouch and bought the Thriller song in April or May and I got the e-mail receipt to prove it :) After his death I got into more of his other songs(they never showed on TV recently) and my siblings each bought their own MJ albums. So, yeah I listened to MJ's music even though it was his most popular songs and it's been in the past few years especially in 2008 due to the 25th Anniversary of Thriller.
